Hi! I’m Michael – I utilize Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design to facilitate design-led strategic business conversations while designing optimal experiences for your customers and employees… I have worked with numerous Fortune companies including Coca-Cola, ADP, Toyota, Mackenzie Investments, Assurant, The Home Depot, and Cox Communications. I carry all LUMA Human Centered Design certifications at Practitioner, Facilitator, and Instructor levels.

Will uncover the gaps in the touchpoints needed to realize the optimal experience – we will collaboratively fill in these gaps while aligning them to the appropriate customer and employee actions!
Customer Journey Mapping
Assists me in discovering the ‘aha’ moments in your customers’ experience and in aligning your existing capabilities and newly surfaced concepts to design the optimal experience!
